I've been receiving my Eastlink bills (phone and internet) by email for almost a year now. I opted for the paperless billing method right from the beginning. The only occasions on which we get paper from Eastlink are changes of contract or important notices.
We got a paper letter from them last week, and, omg, it was a letter to let us know that Eastlink is going to save paper by not sending us any more paper bills.

I had to work hard to find something worth complaining about, but I came through:
1. You shift from first person singular in the first two sentences to first person plural in the rest.
2. "omg" should be "OmG" :-).
3. "!!" doesn't express enough shock at such stupidity. It should be "!!!!!". :-)
Yey! A new post! Well, better an error like this one than an error in the amount of $$ that you owe them I guess!
